What the booking tool collects
When you use the appointment tool you enter your name, phone number, optionally an email address, your chosen service, a preferred date and start time, and any notes you add.
How your booking is actually sent
This is worth being clear about. The booking tool does not submit your details to a server. It assembles them into a text message and opens your own phone's messaging app with that message ready to send to us. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your own messaging app, and the details travel as an ordinary SMS from your phone to ours. If you close the messaging app without sending, we never receive anything.
Because of that, your booking details are held in your phone's message history and in ours. They are not stored in a website database.
Your booking is a request, not a confirmation
Sending the text creates an appointment request. Your booking is confirmed only once we reply, usually within one business hour during opening hours.
How we use it
Only to arrange and confirm your appointment, and to contact you if something changes. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Your messages stay in our phone's message history. We clear old booking messages periodically. Ask us and we will delete your messages from our device.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data on your own device to remember progress through the booking tool; that stays on your device.
Our gallery links out to our Instagram profile. If you follow those links, Instagram's own privacy policy applies to what you do there, not ours.
Access, correction and deletion
Call 0459 865 909 and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Complaints
Speak to us first on 0459 865 909. You can also raise a privacy complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
